Getting Mad with Mad Patties

When you’re good friend says “Nige, I need your thoughts” you move the restaurant to the top of the list.

Mad Patties had decided to extend itself into Mitcham and I think Mitcham should be grateful. This place is awesome.

Whilst this is on the main street – I highly recommend you take advantage of the free parking in Coles behind the place.

The food… well….omnomnomnom me – please!

I got the Slow Pork burger. Mad_Patties-5Good lawd. Yes.

Everything was sensational within it. The slow cooked pork was sensational and the spring onion and coleslaw really added a tang to the thing. Like unbelivably so.

Furthermore, you could get a 2 for $30 deal AND get to choose the add ons: chips, potato bites (yes, mine!) and onion rings.

We chose the potato bites and the onion rings. And both of them hit it right out of the park.

The service and kitchen was struggling with the number of Uber Eats, Foodora (insert other delivery service names here….all of them) but they maintained a nice smile and friendly attitude.

The only drawback of the place is that their damn door doesn’t stay closed. So when it is cold, every slight door movement brings in a blast of cold air.

Overall, it’s a solid burger restaurant and one to keep their menu on your fridge whenever you’re feeling peckish!
