Now Shelsky’s is a place that you must visit. I loved meeting the owner and he is an over-the-top character.

The Bialey is top notch and simply irresistible. I don’t know what more to say – it was delightful, light and fluffy. I mean I have had a version of it back home. But this… this was something else.

Ambiance

Did you know that running a smoker in brooklyn costs around 500-750K USD? Like DAYUM – however, this place is worth it.

And this place reminds me of everything that New York and Brooklyn comes to mind. It’s exactly what I imagined it to be. This is the place you want to go to, to really feel what Brooklyn is like.

Service

Top notch. And the customer turnaround was amazing to watch. And the fact that the servers knew the customers by name was simply awesome.
