So the Open House weekend has finally arrived. What is Open House? Well, make yourself comfortable, you’re in for a good conversation.
The Open House is an annual event that opens up 105 (at a minimum – 100) buildings in Melbourne every year to the public. This allows people a behind the scenes look at some of the most amazing architecture or hitorically significant buildings there are. Being a (relatively) young country, it would be easy to dismiss the rich historical tapestry woven into the fabric of Melbourne. And thus, here is my 2015 pre-planned attempt.
D01 – AGL
D05 – Port of Melbourne tours
D06 – Medibank
D07 – Library at the dock
Whilst these may now point to the existing information, because it’s an annual tradition, the buildings do change and therefore the data gets updated. Once it’s done, I’ll be coming back and fixing these up to point to the new blog posts and pictures of these ones!
