The central point that contolled the flinders street station interchange. It went unused for a long time till the City Of Melbourne decided to restore and save the location. The views in there are quite amazing and the history in pictures was worth the slow scroll through.
Now:
Signal is a creative studio for young people 13 to 25 years located on Northbank in the heart of Melbourne. The program offers young people the opportunity to work alongside professional artists in a collaborative way, through multi-artform workshops and mentoring.
Signal provides emerging and established artists with opportunities and spaces for exploration, creation and showcasing.

The Melbourne AGL building opened in 2015 and is right above the Southern Cross Station. What I found to be quite fascinating is that the rumblings and toots from the trains did not pierce the entire building.
