After working 43 hours over the past 4 days, I needed a seriously healthy re-fuel meal to smash out training tomorrow on my day off. 👌🏼 A huge garlic-roasted capsicum/mushroom/onion-stuffed ham omelette on a bed of basmati rice, carrot, cauliflower, kangaroo steak and half a kilo of sweet potato..
