When the owner of my favourite local restaurant says that I need to try the duck at the newly opened place, then I had to try it! And you know what… yeah – he’s right!

Location

Another restaurant on the strip in Bayswater and it definitely adds to the list of growing deliciousness that is starting to show up in the suburb. Your best bet is to park the pharmacy and walk to the place located at 722 Mountain Hwy, Bayswater VIC 3153.

Food

The best recommendation is to get a mixed meat platter, and a side of vegetables and bowl of rice.

What can I say? The duck and pork mixed platter was delicious. The pork skin was crispy and the meat tender and juicy. The duck was glazed perfectly and the sauce was amazing. The vegetables with sauteed mushrooms was the perfect addition to the meal.
