Most people are working from home or are stuck indoors. And now is a good time to fix those niggling issues.

I have tried various online Yogis before, but none has come close with making me stick to a routine that Idan Krishner. My favourite routine is the back fixing one.

The other one I have used successfully is the tight hip flexor releases!
