Once more my quest for Thai food has been quenched. Here’s how I found Ferntree Thai.

It’s not often that I’d venture too far away from home for dinner. This quarantine and food delivery has me exploring the burbs just a little bit more.

I chose the Pad Thai with beef. I found their beef a little too dry and tough to eat. Their noodles were on point and the veggies were scrumptious.

I’m starting to think that it may have to do the style of cooking because it reminded me of Mountain Thai.

And for no reason apart from wanting a few crackers, I got that peanut sauce.

My gosh their peanut sauce was delish but not enough. Plus their cracker portions were super generous and they also threw in another style of crackers and it was AWESOME!
